I found this gem while on vacation. It was some of the best Burmese food I ever ate. Everything down to the samosas are freshly made. I will definitely be back for another round when I return to California

A truly excellent dining experience! The owner’s sister explained so much to us about the food they offer that the experience was truly wonderful! We had mango chicken, tea leaf salad, beef curry, paratha bread, garlic noodles and a unique dessert. The mango chicken is similar to orange chicken but it actually has big chunks of mango! It was really good. The tea leaf salad is something I’ve never had before. It was good. It includes crunchy things that complement the salad well. The beef curry is pretty good too and not like Thai curry. The garlic noodles were very tasty and the dessert was really good too! The dessert was a bunch of jello type thingies of different colors with some bread pieces and sticky rice in a coconut sauce. We drank Burmese iced tea as well which is similar to Thai iced tea but tastes more like tea than the Thai version and is far less sweet. Everything here had subtle flavor. The dessert wasn’t overly sweet. If you like food that isn’t overly condimented you’ll love Burmese food. It’s not much like Thai food or Cambodian food. There are some Thai dishes here though. Delicious Burmese food! I can’t say if it’s authentic or not although I used to live in Thailand and most of the food was similar but they looked and tasted different. The noodle salad was very good. I’ve never had it before. Basil dish didn’t look familiar to me but it tasted great! Dessert was a must-try. It’s very rare to the western countries but was my favorite childhood dessert. They have parking lot down the basement.

Driving and saw their place when at the stop light, decided to come back, and so glad I did. Had the Nanpyar noodles, Paratha w/chicken curry, also pork belly stew. This was one of those sastifying meals, cause the food and flavors were so good. Olve nan bread, but the Burmese Paratha, which is a multi-layered bread, and so light and very delicious when dipped into the curry's. Also, couldn't go without the Manho n Sticky rice, which has a blue natural coloring. Gonna take a brake...catch a movie and return for dinner.

Fantastic food. Very authentic taste. I had the tea leaf salad, paratha bread with beef curry and egg curry and it was all really great. Friendly staff too! Will be returning again soon for more!
